Order changes cannot be accepted once an order is placed. Upon shipment with the USPS or UPS from our address in Kernersville, NC, package ownership resides with the consumer. The confirmation notice is sent to the e-mail address you provide us with. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours (Monday - Friday), after the order is placed. Every effort is made to keep the inventory on the web site current, but occasionally an item may not be available. If this occurs, the item will removed from your order and all available items will be shipped, or your order will be held and you will be notified of any delay and expected shipment time. An e-mail will be sent asking if you would like the item on backorder. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Money Orders accepted. No Checks or C.O.D.

Money Orders must be received at our store, Party Zones Inc., 1187 Shields Road #6, Kernersville, NC 27284 before an order is shipped. Please make money orders payable to Party Zones Inc. Ownership of products transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Party Supplies Return Policy

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may send back your purchase and we will gladly refund the cost of the merchandise to you less a 20% re-stocking charge. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Refused shipments will also have a 20% restocking charge. Returns must be received at our store, Party Zones Inc, 1187 Shields Road #6, Kernersville, NC 27284 before a credit is issued. All claims of damage or shortage must be reported within 3 days of your receipt of the shipment. All returns must arrive within 30 days of receipt of your original order and shipped back with all original packaging in sell able condition. Opened packages of merchandise will not be credited.

Party Zones, Inc. uses UPS, Fedex, and USPS (United States Postal Service) for all order shipping. We ask that you put an accurate party date on your checkout form so we can ensure delivery in time for your event. Ground shipping times will range between 2 and 6 business days. Although we usually ship items UPS, we will send by Fedex Home Delivery or USPS with Tracking numbers when delivery times are quicker to your address. UPS and Fedex do not ship to PO or APO Boxes. Shipping charges are presented to you before your order is placed, so you know exactly what your cost will be. A confirmation number will be e-mailed to you when your order ships. For the best shipping service with UPS, we suggest sending your package to your work or business address. Orders over $125.00 will be sent with a signature confirmation request, at our cost. Minimum shipping charge is $6.95.

 

For Our West Coast Customers: If your order is placed close to your event date, we reserve the right to change your shipping selection from UPS ground to Fedex Home Delivery or USPS Priority, as USPS Priority will take only 2-3 days to the West Coast.

Please note: 2nd day air orders placed after 1pm EST will not ship until the following business day. This means if you place an order Wednesday night, it will process Thursday morning and leave our facility on Thursday. Two day shipping for UPS will arrive at your address on Monday. If you need party supplies to arrive on Friday, you will need to choose the next day air option after 1pm EST on Wednesday.

 

NEXT DAY AIR Packages: Ship to an address the Next Business Day. This means if you order and choose Next Day Air on Friday, your package will arrive at your address on Monday. We do not offer a Saturday delivery option, as UPS cannot guarantee Saturday delivery in all areas of the country.

USPS is used for all PO and APO Boxes and addresses.

 

USPS Priority 3-5 day shipping with Delivery Confirmation: The Base Shipping/Handling Charge is $6.95. Confirmation number will e-mailed to you when your order ships. Orders over $125.00 will be sent with a signature confirmation request, at our cost.

 

Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico Orders are sent exclusively with USPS Priority Mail when the ground option is chosen. APO/FPO Addresses USPS: Please allow 2 - 3 weeks due to the high security measures put in place by the military.
