When will I receive my order?
We usually ship orders the same day if we receive them before 3PM Eastern. Depending on your shipping method and location, it could be as soon as 2 or 3 days when your order is delivered. There is a estimated delivery date for each shipping method when you reach step 2 on our checkout page, which will let you know when you might receive your order

We gladly accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. You can also use PayPal checkout as well.

We take great steps in protecting your information against fraudulent uses. We use a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology that encrypts your information. You have our personal guarantee that your order and any data you give us is as secure as it can be.

What is your return policy?
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may send back your purchase and we will gladly refund the cost of the merchandise to you less a 20% re-stocking charge. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Personalized items cannot be cancelled, changed or returned once an order is placed. Refused shipments will also have a 20% restocking charge. Returns must be received at our store, Party Zones Inc, 1187 Shields Road #7, Kernersville, NC 27284 before a credit is issued. All claims of damage or shortage must be reported within 3 days of your receipt of the shipment. All returns must arrive within 30 days of receipt of your original order and shipped back with all original packaging in sell-able condition. Opened packages of merchandise will not be credited.

Why Is the quantity I added to the cart different from what I wanted?
To better serve our customers, we keep an accurate stock count of all of our products. If you add something to the cart and we do not have the quantity you wanted, the quantity will reflect what we have left in stock. If something is out of stock, you can click 'Notify me when stock is available' and you will receive an email when it is available.

I place an order, received a tracking number, and the carrier shows it as delivered. I did not receive it. What do I do now?
This rarely happens, but sometimes it is possible for either Fedex or USPS to lose or misdeliver a package. We want to help in this situation, but do require a claim to be opened with the carrier. If your package is showing as delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact us. Usually, the post office has it held for you at your local post office, or Fedex may have delivered it to your neighbor. It is up to the carrier whether or not they want to leave a package at the door any address. If you did not receive your package, we will open a claim with the carrier (USPS or Fedex)who will contact you directly. Fedex will usually send the driver back out to your home. If, after the claim is opened, Fedex or USPS cannot find the package (5-30 days), we will work with your credit card company for credit. Reships of non-received orders can happen after a carrier claim is open, but will ship the same method as the original order. Additional charges would apply for faster shipping times than what was on the original order.
