Party Zones Inc. does not offer free shipping on any orders at this time. We believe our prices are the most competitive on the web, and we will continue to offer the same low prices to all customers, regardless of the size of the order. We do not offer special promotion or discount coupons at this time.
Party Zones, Inc. uses USPS (United States Postal Service) for all order shipping. We strive for all orders to be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will process and ship from our warehouse on the following Monday or Tuesday.
We have found that the Ground/Parcel Post rate is the same or in some cases higher than USPS Priority Mail. Therefore, we offer the two best methods of shipping with USPS.
USPS Priority 3-5 day shipping with Delivery Confirmation: $5.95 plus approximately 5% of the total order cost. We use real time USPS shipping rates based on package weight from Kernersville, NC. Additional weight charges for heavier items, such as solid color paper and plastic plates, cups, tablecovers, and cutlery may apply. Confirmation number will e-mailed to you when your order ships. Orders over $125.00 will require a signature confirmation, at our cost.
USPS Express 1-2 Day: $24.95 plus approximately 10% of the total order cost. We use real time USPS shipping rates based on package weight from Kernersville, NC. Additional weight charges for heavier items, such as solid color paper and plastic plates, cups, tablecovers, and cutlery may apply. Order must be received before 1:00 p.m. EST. Confirmation number will e-mailed to you when your order ships. Package tracking available. We must ship express orders to the billing address provided on the order, and will require a signature.
Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico USPS: Ground service takes a very long time. We have experienced ground delivery of 4-5 weeks. We highly suggest using the Priority Option for these locations. Additional weight charges for heavier items may apply.
APO/FPO Addresses USPS: Additional weight charges for heavier items, may apply. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks due to the high security measures put in place by the military.
Party Supplies Terms Of Sale
Order changes cannot be accepted once order is placed. If you have an immediate change, please call at the number provided on your confirmation notice. Upon shipment with the USPS from our address in Kernersville, NC, package ownership resides with the consumer. The confirmation notice is sent to the e-mail address you provide us with. Most orders are shipped the next business day (Monday - Friday), after the order is placed. Every effort is made to keep the inventory on the web site current, but occasionally an item may not be available. If this occurs, the item will removed from your order and all available items will be shipped. An e-mail will be sent asking if you would like the item on backorder. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Money Orders accepted. No Checks or C.O.D.

Party Supplies Return Policy
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may send back your purchase and we will gladly refund the cost of the merchandise to you less a 20% re-stocking charge. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Refused shipments will also have a 20% restocking charge. All claims of damage or shortage must be reported within 3 days of your receipt of the shipment. All returns must arrive within 30 days of receipt of your original order and shipped back with all original packaging in sell able condition.
