Party Zones Inc. does not offer free shipping on any orders at this time. We believe our prices are the most competitive on the web, and we will continue to offer the same low prices to all customers, regardless of the size of the order. We do not offer special promotion or discount coupons at this time.
Currently, we ship only in the 50 United States, PR and US Virgin Islands. We do not offer shipping internationally, including Canada and Mexico.
Party Zones, Inc. uses USPS (United States Postal Service) for all order shipping. We strive for all orders to be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday. Occasionally during peak times, an order may take slightly longer. We ask that you put an accurate party date on your checkout form so we can ensure delivery in time for your event. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will generally process and ship from our warehouse on the following Monday or Tuesday.
We have found that the Ground/Parcel Post rate is the same or in some cases higher than USPS Priority Mail. Therefore, we offer the two best methods of shipping with USPS.
USPS Priority 3-5 day shipping with Delivery Confirmation: The Base Shipping/Handling Charge is $5.95. We use real time USPS shipping rates based on package weight from Kernersville, NC. Shipping charges are presented to you before your order is placed, so you know exactly what your cost will be. Additional weight charges for heavier items, such as solid color paper and plastic plates, cups, tablecovers, and cutlery may apply. Confirmation number will e-mailed to you when your order ships. Orders over $125.00 will be sent with a signature confirmation request, at our cost.
USPS Express 1-2 Day: $24.95 plus approximately 10% of the total order cost. We use real time USPS shipping rates based on package weight from Kernersville, NC. Additional weight charges for heavier items, such as solid color paper and plastic plates, cups, tablecovers, and cutlery may apply. Order must be received before 1:00 p.m. EST. Confirmation number will e-mailed to you when your order ships. Package tracking available. We must ship express orders to the billing address provided on the order. Signature confirmation is required.
Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico USPS: Ground service takes a very long time. We have experienced ground delivery of 4-5 weeks. We highly suggest using the Priority Option for these locations. Additional weight charges for heavier items may apply.
APO/FPO Addresses USPS: Additional weight charges for heavier items, may apply. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks due to the high security measures put in place by the military.
